5. ORDERS & CONTRACT FORMATION

If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ARBITRATION

Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at support@rodigy.com and attempt to resolve the matter informally within 30 days.

Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Owensboro, Kentucky, USA.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kentucky, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved in the courts of Daviess County, Kentucky.

15. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
