Refund policy

Effective Date: April 5, 2026

At Rodigy, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

IMPORTANT: WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind
  • Orders placed by mistake by the customer
  • Items that have been used or installed
  • Minor color variations due to screen display differences

1. ELIGIBLE RETURN CONDITIONS

We accept returns ONLY in the following circumstances:

  • Item arrived visibly damaged due to shipping
  • Item is defective (manufacturing defect, not functioning as described)
  • Wrong item was sent (different from what was ordered)

All other return requests will be declined.

2. REPORTING DEADLINES

Time limits are strictly enforced:

  • Shipping Damage: Must be reported within 72 hours of confirmed delivery
  • Defective Items: Must be reported within 30 days of confirmed delivery
  • Wrong Item Received: Must be reported within 30 days of confirmed delivery

Claims submitted after these deadlines will not be accepted, regardless of circumstances.

3. HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST

Step 1: Email support@rodigy.com with subject line: "Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]"

Step 2: Include in your email:

  • Your full name and order number
  • Clear photos or video showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
  • Brief description of the issue

Step 3: Wait for our team to review and approve your request (within 2 business days)

Step 4: If approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (for eligible cases)

Do NOT ship items back without prior written approval. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender at their expense.

4. RETURN SHIPPING

  • Approved returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items: We cover return shipping costs
  • All other cases: Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Items must be returned in original or equivalent packaging to prevent further damage

5. REFUND PROCESSING

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refund Decision: Communicated within 3 business days of receiving the return
  • Approved Refunds: Issued to the original payment method only
  • Processing Time: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or card issuer)
  • Partial Refunds: May be issued at our discretion for partially damaged items

We do not offer store credit, exchanges, or refunds to alternative payment methods.

6. ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Orders may be canceled only before they have been shipped
  • To cancel, email support@rodigy.com immediately with your order number
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled — the return process applies instead
  • Payment processing fees (if any) may be non-refundable due to third-party processor policies

7. DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
